The silicon cup draws the tissue up into the cup that surrounds the muscle. By doing so, this allows the connective tissue or trigger point to be released.

Soft Tissue Release

STR is a technique where pressure is applied on the muscle during movement of  the tissue to lengthen the muscle.  The pressure point is relocated during the stretch to provide the lengthening through different sections of the muscle or connective tissue.

Nerve Mobilization

Nerves can be compressed within muscles.  I use a technique called “Flossing” which helps free up the nerve. I also use this technique for the  Sciatica and Piriformis syndrome, among other nerve entrapment sites.

A hot stone massages a type of massage therapy. It is used to relax and  ease tense muscles, it also helps to repair soft tissue irritation throughout your body.  The stones are made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that helps to retain heat.
